Subsídios das representações sociais para análise da gestão escolar democrática

Resumo:
O propósito deste artigo é analisar a gestão escolar democrática à luz da Teoria das Representações Sociais. Para tanto, buscou-se refletir sobre o processo de gestão democrática na escola. Nesse sentido, assinala-se que a visão de mundo dos indivíduos (orientada por fatos inerentes) é fator que dinamiza a gestão escolar e que a efetivação dessa gestão passa, em primeiro lugar, pelo reconhecimento das representações desses indivíduos em relação ao tema e pela (re)construção dessa representação no imaginário deles. Ou seja, a própria constituição da gestão democrática na escola é um ato educativo de (re)constituição de representações sociais e de imaginários.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the democratic school management to the Theory of Social Representations, therefore, sought to reflect on the process of democratic management in school. In this sense, it is noted that the worldview of individuals (driven by inherent facts) is a factor that boosts the school management and the effectiveness of this management goes, first, the recognition of representations of these individuals in relation to the theme and the (re)construction of this representation in the imagination of the same. That is, the very constitution of democratic management in school is an educational act of (re) establishment of social representations and imaginary.
