Resumo:

El trabajo de Romain Geniez plantea una aguda crítica a la teoría del derecho de Robert Alexy. En concreto, se dirige al que sería uno de los pilares más oscuros del no positivismo incluyente defendido por Alexy: la metafísica constructiva. Su crítica lo conduce a desalentadoras conclusiones respecto de la viabilidad de esta posición teórica.
