Resumo:
Like the shell concept inspired by computing, the cycles use the idea of sprints imported from Agile development methodologies. The Agile coach also encompasses the role of Scrum Master, whose mission is to ensure that the development team follows the process. In Scientific Entrepreneurship the coach performs a similar role. The premise is that the entrepreneur is not – and should not be! – an expert in entrepreneurship. That is the coach’s role. The coach offers important feedback without “telling anyone what to do”.
